Delivery Timeframe All orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Once your order is placed it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days before being dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Area We currently deliver across South Africa only.

Delays While we do our best to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier conditions or high order volumes. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days please contact us at shophikarr@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
